摘要
目的研究浸泡时间和试件厚度对Upcera-ST白色二氧化锆陶瓷烧结后表面色彩学特征的影响。方法利用3Shape CAD/CAM软件获得长和宽均为10 mm,厚度分别为0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mm的 4组Upcera白色二氧化锆陶瓷试件共84块,每组21块;再按染色时间(10、20、30、60、120、180、240 s)不同分为7个亚组,每组3块。把试件浸入Upcera专用的A2色染色液中,按时间分组进行染色。染色完成后试件经干燥、烧结,用Shade Eye ECC电脑比色仪测量各组试件的色彩学特征参数(L*、a*、b*值)数据,并和Shade Eye Ncc电脑比色仪测量的VITA classic比色板中A1、A2、A3色号的标准色卡的L*、a*、b*值数据进行比对。结果0.5 mm厚度试件染色10~240 s L*值为(79.96±0.05)^(72.97±0.15)、a*值为(-1.23±0.06)^(-0.77±0.06)、b*值为(11.70±0.10)^(12.47±0.15),1.0 mm厚度试件染色10~240 s L*值为(78.84±0.22)^(71.73±0.03)、a*值为(-1.13±0.06)^(-0.67±0.12)、 b*值为(11.83±0.06)^(12.80±0.06),1.5 mm厚度试件染色10~240 s L*值为(77.60±0.61)^(70.57±0.23)、a*值为(-1.03±0.06)^(-0.43±0.15)、b*值为(12.37±0.49)^(13.30±0.36),2.0 mm厚度试件染色10~240 s L*值为(76.25±0.82)^(65.49±0.23)、a*值为(-0.97±0.06)^(-0.33±0.15)、b*值为( 12.60± 0.52)^(14.83±0.16),相同厚度不同时间试件、相同时间不同厚度试件、不同时间不同厚度试件的L*、 a*、 b*值比较差异均有统计学意义(均 P <0.001)。结论染色时间和厚度对Upcera-ST白色二氧化锆陶瓷烧结后表面色彩特征有影响。相同厚度的试件,随着浸泡时间延长,其色彩的明度降低,彩度增加;在相同的浸泡时间里,试件厚度增大,其明度降低,彩度增高;0.5~1.0 mm厚度浸泡时间120~180 s,1.5~2.0 mm浸泡时间60~ 120 s 可达到预期染色效果。染色时间和厚度存在交互影响。
Objective To analyze the influence of dyeing time and specimen thickness on the surface color characteristics of the sintered dental zirconia ceramics. Methods A total of 84 Upcera zirconia test specimens(10 mm length and 10 mm width) were made by 3shape CAD/CAM software,and were divided into 4 groups according different thicknesses(0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 mm), with 21 specimens in each group.In addition,the zirconia ceramics were immersed in A2 staining solution for 10,20,30,60,120,180 or 240 s(3 specimens in each subgroup).After drying and sintering,the surface color characteristics(L*,a*and b*) were analyzed by the Shade Eye NCC,and the data were compared with VITA classical swatches A1,A2 and A3. Results The values of L*,a*and b* were,respectively,(79.96±0.05)-(72.97±0.15),(-1.23±0.06)-(-0.77±0.06) and(11.70±0.10)-(12.47±0.15) for 0.5 mm thickness specimens,(78.84±0.22)-(71.73±0.03),(-1.13± 0.06)-(-0.67±0.12) and(11.83±0.06)-(12.80±0.06) for 1.0 mm thickness specimens,(77.60±0.61)-(70.57±0.23),(-1.03±0.06)-(-0.43± 0.15) and(12.37±0.49)-(13.30± 0.36 ) for 1.5 mm thickness specimens,and(76.25±0.82)-(65.49±0.23),(-0.97±0.06)-(-0.33± 0.15 ) and(12.60±0.52)-(14.83±0.16) for 2.0 mm thickness specimens.There were statistical differences among different groups( P <0.001). Conclusion Dyeing time and specimen thickness have significant influence on the surface color characteristics of dental zirconia ceramics.For the same thickness specimens,the brightness decreases and the colority increases with the extension of dyeing time.During the same dyeing time,the brightness reduces and the colority enhances with increasing specimen thickness.The 0.5-1.0 mm thickness specimens dyed for 120-180 s and 1.5- 2.0 mm thickness specimens dyed for 60-120 s can achieve the expected colors.There is an interaction between dyeing time and specimen thickness.
