摘要 采用文献资料法、比较分析法和逻辑分析法,分析了训练理念在竞技后备人才培养过程中的价值定位;同时辨析了八对容易混淆的训练理念,即"科学训练"与"指标量化","以赛代练"与"以赛带练","超量恢复"与"适应极限","比赛优胜"与"最好成绩","早期专项化"与"早期成人化","技术个体化"与"技术规范化","发挥运动员主体性"与"运动员刻苦训练","训练计划变更性"与"训练计划临场性",为科学化训练水平的提升提供借鉴。 By using the methods of documentation,comparative analysis and logical analysis,the author analysed the value orientation of training concept in the process of training competitive reserve talents,as well as Discrimination of Training Ideas about "Scientific Training" and " Index Quantification"," Competition for Training" and " Competition for Training"," Excessive Recovery" and " Adaptation Limit"," Competition for Winning" and " Best Results"," Early Specialization" and " Early Adult Training"," Individualization of Technology" and " Standardization of Technology"," Exerting Athletes’ Subjectivity" and " Athletes’ Hard Training"," Changing Training Plan" and " On-the-Spot Training Plan",Which to provides a reference for the improvement of scientific training level.
