山东省健身气功锻炼人群调查研究

Investigation and Study on Exercise Population of Health Qigong in Shandong Province

为推动山东省健身气功持续健康发展,文章采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对山东省17个地市的1700名健身气功习练者进行调查研究。研究结果显示:山东省健身气功锻炼人群的学历结构层次整体偏低;公园广场、公路街道边和住宅小区空地是其主要锻炼场所;增进健康是其首要锻炼动机;喜庆节日和传统习俗、集体活动是其首选锻炼时机与参与方式。研究结论:山东省健身气功锻炼人群偏向于体力型劳动者;参与健身气功锻炼的动机较为集中;体育观念是影响群众参与锻炼的第一要素。建议:创新健身气功推广理念与模式,不断拓宽新时代推广普及新路径;细化健身气功健康产品,适应广谱性推广新要求;采取有效措施建设好群众身边的站点,培养好群众身边的指导员等。

In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of health qigong in Shandong province,the paper analyzes 1700 practitioners of health qigong in 17 cities of Shandong province through the methods of literature and questionnaire survey.The results show that: In Shandong province,the overall structure of educational background is relatively low;Park square,road side and residential area are the main exercise place;Improving health is the primary motivation for exercise;The favorite time to exercise is in " festive festivals and traditional ethnic groups",collective activities is the favorite way to participate. Research conclusion: The professional structure of the health qigong exercise towards physical laborers;The participation motivation is relatively concentrated;Sports concept is the first factor that influences people’s exercise. Suggestions: To innovate the concept and mode of health qigong promotion,constantly to expand the new path of promotion and popularization in the new era;To refine health qigong products to meet the new requirements of wide spectrum promotion;To take effective measures to build a good site,training good instructors.
