摘要
通过对秒导爆管雷管单铅芯结构和内管式结构两种传统延期结构的利弊分析,提出了双铅芯秒延期结构设计思路,并从延期药剂选择、延期体拉制工艺和装填装配技术三个方面进行了试验优化,改进了原单铅芯结构点火可靠性差和内管式延期结构秒量精度差的问题。按照确定的生产工艺进行试生产,实践证明,采用双铅芯延期结构方法可行、生产工艺简单、安全可靠。
Put forward the design idea of double lead core second delay structure, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of two traditional delay structures, single lead core structure and inner tube structure. The problems of poor ignition reliability of the original single lead core structure and poor precision of internal tube type delay structure were improved by optimizing the experiment from three aspects: delay agent selection, delay body drawing process and loading and assembling technology. Conduct trial production according to the established production process, the practice has proved that the method of double lead core delay structure is feasible, simple and safe.
