摘要
爆破法是一种清除高温结瘤快速高效的方法,但存在较大安全隐患.笔者根据某公司回转窑硫碱结瘤物的形状、厚度及位置等,选择了适宜的爆破器材,优化了爆破参数,并依据隔热试验和药量试爆,制取了安全可靠的隔热药包,通过快速地装药、填塞、连线和起爆,取得了较好的爆破效果.
Blasting method is a fast and efficient method to remove high temperature nodules, but there are some safety risks. According to the shape, thickness and location of sulfur and alkali nodules in a rotary kiln of a company, the author selects suitable blasting materials, optimizes blasting parameters, and produces a safe and reliable heat insulation charge package according to the heat insulation test and explosive charge test. Better blasting effect was obtained by rapid charging, packing, connection and initiation.
