电石法氯乙烯低汞催化剂的调控合成及稳定性机理研究

摘要 概述了电石法氯乙烯低汞催化剂的研究进展,分别对低汞催化剂的失活原因、配方的筛选、载体的调控及稳定机理等方面进行了详细的阐述。展望了电石法氯乙烯行业的发展前景,为低汞催化剂及氯乙烯产业的汞减排技术提供参考。 The research progress of low-mercury catalyst for calcium carbide VCM was reviewed in this paper.The reasons for deactivation,the screening of formulation,the regulation of supports and stabilization mechanism were discussed in detail.The development of vinyl chloride industry by calcium carbide was prospected,which provided a reference for the development of stable low-mercury catalyst and mercury emission reduction in vinyl chloride industry.
