AES树脂的耐热及耐候性研究

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机将不同耐热剂、耐候剂与丙烯腈-三元乙丙橡胶-苯乙烯共聚物(AES)树脂进行共混改性,研究了耐热剂、耐候剂有效含量及添加形式对改善AES树脂耐候性及耐热性能的影响。结果表明:自制复配耐候剂质量分数达到0.6%以后,共混改性AES树脂的色差变化值反而变大;耐热剂的加入对AES树脂的耐热性有明显提升,但是对其他物性尤其是流动性和抗冲击性有降低影响;当耐热剂的添加质量分数超过20%以后AES树脂的流动性及冲击韧性明显降低,尤其是低温冲击韧性;耐热剂的加入对AES树脂的耐候性基本无影响。 In this paper, different heat resistant agents and weather resistant agents were blended with acrylonitrile ethylene propylene diene monomer styrene copolymer(AES) resin by twin screw extruder to study the effects of the effective content and addition form of heat-resistant agents and weather-resistant agents on the heat resistance and weather resistance for modified AES resin.The results showed that when the dosage of the self-made composite weather-resistant agent reached 0.6%, the color changing value of the blend modified AES resin increased instead. The addition of heat-resistant agent significantly improved the heat resistance of the AES resin. However, it has a reduced effect on other physical properties, especially fluidity and impact resistance. When the amount of heat-resistant agent is more than 20%, the fluidity and impact toughness of the AES resin are remarkably lowered, especially below zero temperature impact toughness. The addition of the heat-resistant agent has no effect on the weather resistance of the AES resin.
