急性白血病患儿家庭经济负担和客观社会支持调查研究

Investigation on Family Economic Burden and Objective Social Support of Children with Acute Leukemia

目的:调查急性白血病患儿家庭经济负担和客观社会支持现状,为提高白血病患儿的医疗保障和社会支持提供经济学依据。方法:选择2015年在某三甲血液病专科医院治疗的急性白血病患儿,调查分析其直接医疗成本、直接非医疗成本、间接成本和社会支持数据。结果:急性白血病给患儿家庭带来的经济负担平均达500289.18元,其中直接医疗成本占62.59%;患儿可获得的社会支持平均为202789.96元,医疗保险和慈善救助是社会支持的主要来源。结论:儿童急性白血病给患儿家庭带来巨大的经济负担,应通过完善医疗保障制度和慈善救助基金等政策,同时借助社会力量,降低疾病对家庭经济的冲击。

Objective To investigate the family economic burden and objective social support status of children with acute leukemia,and to provide an economic basis for improving medical care and social support for children with leukemia. Methods Children with acute leukemia who were treated in a tertiary blood disease specialist hospital in 2015 were selected to investigate their direct medical costs,direct non-medical costs,indirect costs,and social support data. Results: The economic burden of acute leukemia on children’s families averaged 500 289.18 yuan,of which direct medical costs accounted for 62.59%;the average social support for children was 202 789.96 yuan,medical insurance and charity assistance were the main source of social support. Conclusion Children with acute leukemia bring huge economic burden to children’s families. We should improve the medical security system and policies of charity rescue fund,and at the same time use social forces,to reduce the impact of disease on the family economy.
