基于风洞实验的润滑剂对FP201型流速仪影响分析

摘要 文章利用风洞产生稳定风场环境,在空气中对流速仪进行实验,分别在不使用润滑剂、使用陶瓷蜡性润滑剂和使用L-AN7润滑剂3种情况下测量流速仪的平均流速值。对比实验结果后发现,不使用润滑剂情况下流速仪的平均流速值最小,测量性能最差;使用陶瓷蜡性润滑剂润滑流速仪的情况较好;使用L-AN7润滑剂对流速仪转子润滑处理后得到的平均流速值最大,测量性能最好。实验结果表明FP系列流速仪使用润滑剂十分必要,选用L-AN7润滑剂能改善流速仪的测量性能。 This paper uses a wind tunnel to create a stable wind environment and an experiment is done to the current meter in the air,which could separately measure the average flow rate of current meter in three situations:no lubricant,ceramic wax lubricant and L-AN7 lubricant.Comparing the results of experiment,it discovers the average flow rate of current meter is minimum without lubricant and the measurement performance is the worst.The situation is better to use ceramic wax lubricant.The average flow rate is maximum in using L-AN7 lubricant and the measurement performance is the best.This experiment result shows that it is necessary to use lubricant for FP current meter,and using LAN7 lubricant as the lubricant can improve the measurement performance of the current meter.
