摘要
EPC总承包模式与传统模式相比具有一定优势,该模式下,承包商对工程的设计、采购、施工和试运行各阶段负责,拥有更多的管理权,内部协调更加方便,减轻了建设方的管理任务和风险承担。文章以某高校重点建设项目实施为例,总结并介绍了该项目采用EPC模式后的管理实践。
Compared with the traditional mode,EPC general contracting mode has certain advantages.Under this mode,the contractor,who has more management power,is responsible for the design,procurement,construction and trial operation stages of the project,which facilitates better internal coordination and reduces the management task and risk-taking of the builder.Taking the implementation of a key construction project in a university as an example,this paper summarizes and introduces the management practice of the project after adopting EPC mode.
