The innovative talent training strategy on automation major is designed with the full cycle involving of enterprises using system engineering.The full participation of enterprises and education in campus is combined to establish a dynamic and win-win cooperation.With the purpose of cultivating innovative talents on automation,we develop a full-oriented and full-cycle enterprise participation mode for talents cultivation of automation,which provides useful exploration and reference for the training of significant automation personnel with innovative ability.
