风积沙在铁路基床以下路堤应用技术

摘要 蒙华铁路1标段处于毛乌素沙漠腹地,风积沙资源丰富,但填料资源困乏。如能将风积沙用于基床路堤中,将会节约资源,节省大量资金。文中取49处风积沙,采用筛分、颗粒密度和击实试验等方法对风积沙性能进行研究。结果表明:风积沙分为B组料和C组料,整体颗粒较细,均满足基床路基底层填筑要求;大部分属于C组填料,少量属于B组填料。部分较粗的风积沙0.25 mm筛上颗粒含量超过30%;部分稍粗风积沙0.25 mm筛上颗粒含量超过20%;其余风积沙均较细。风积沙颗粒最大干密度、最小干密度分布较为集中,风积沙最大干密度与颗粒级配相关性较高,风积沙较粗时,干密度亦较大。 The first section of the Menghua Railway is located in the hinterland of Maowusu Desert, rich in aeolian sand resources, but poor in packing resources. If the aeolian sand can be used in the embankment, it will save resources and a lot of money. In this paper, 49 places of aeolian sand were collected and the properties of aeolian sand were studied by means of screening, particle density and compaction test. The results show that aeolian sand is divided into group B and group C, the whole grain is fine, which can meet the filling requirements of foundation bed, and most of them belong to group C and a few sites belong to group B. Some of the coarse aeolian sand on the 0.25 mm screen contains more than 30%;some of the slightly coarseaeolian sand on the 0.25 mm screen contains more than 20%;the rest of the aeolian sand is fine. The distribution of maximum dry density and minimum dry density of aeolian sand is relatively concentrated, and the correlation between maximum dry density of aeolian sand and particle gradation is high, and the dry density of aeolian sand is also larger when the sand is coarse.
