长狮7号绞吸式挖泥船泥泵的改造升级 被引量:2

摘要 在长狮7号原船动力系统不变的前提下,设计开发了高效水下泥泵和舱内泥泵,通过新旧泥泵对比可以发现,改造后2台泥泵的清水效率由不到75%提高到86%以上,本次改造达到了提高该船泥泵效率、降低能耗的目的,实现了挖泥船泥泵的升级。 On the premise of keeping the original Changshi No.7 ship power system unchanged, the high efficiency submerged pump and inboard pump were designed. Trough the comparison of the new and original dredge pumps, it is found that the clean water efficiency of the two dredge pumps increased from less than 75% to more than 86%. This transformation achieves the purpose of improving the efficiency of the ship’s dredge pump and reducing the energy consumption, and has realized the upgrading of the dredge pump of the dredger.
