摘要
通过液压爬模技术在中交汇通横琴广场工程3号办公主塔楼施工中的应用,介绍了超高层爬模单元设计和爬升系统的设计及应用,提供了一种爬模一次性爬升通过伸臂桁架层牛腿的爬模施工设计方案,并对该液压爬模在超高层伸臂桁架层施工中应重视的相关问题进行了分析和描述,对类似工程爬模设计与施工有一定的借鉴意义。
Through the application of hydraulic climbing formwork technology in the construction of No. 3 office main tower of CCCC Hengqin Huitong Financial World project, we introduced the design and application of super -high -rise climbing fourmwork unit and climbing system, presented a design scheme of climbing formwork for one-time climbing through the bulge leg of the truss layer of the extension arm, and analyzed and describes the relevant problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of the truss layer of the super-high-rise extension arm of the hydraulic climbing formwork. It can be used for reference in the design and construction of similar engineering climbing formwork.
