摘要
针对中交汇通横琴广场3号主塔楼核心筒具有超高、层间距大、异形(椭圆形)、施工作业空间狭小、结构组合复杂等特点,阐述了核心筒剪力墙结构所包含钢结构安装、钢筋绑扎、模板支设等工序施工的主要工序控制,并对相关影响因素作了简要分析。通过采用液压爬升模板系统、合理布设塔吊及相关设施,规划各施工要素,使各工序施工衔接更加流畅、高效。
In view of the characteristics of core tube of No.3 main tower building of CCCC Hengqin Huitong Financial World, such as super elevation, high storey, special shape (ellipse shape), narrow construction space and complex structure combination, the main process control of steel structure installation, steel bar binding and formwork support in core tube shear wall structure is elaborated, and the related influencing factors are briefly analyzed. Through the use of hydraulic climbing formwork system, reasonable layout of tower crane and related facilities, planning of various construction elements, so that the construction process links up more smoothly and efficiently.
