自酸蚀自粘接树脂与自酸蚀粘接系统在纤维桩修复中的效果比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比自酸蚀自粘接树脂与自酸蚀粘接系统在纤维桩修复中的效果。方法将90例需行纤维桩修复患者按修复方式不同分为A组和B组,每组45例。A组共50颗牙,采用自酸蚀自粘接树脂粘连纤维桩;B组共52颗牙,采用自酸蚀粘接系统进行粘连。比较2组纤维桩修复成功率、剪切粘连强度、渗透长度及临床操作时间。结果2组纤维桩修复成功率比较差异无统计学意义(98.00%比94.23%,χ^2=0.221、P=0.638);与B组比较,A组纤维桩根尖部、根颈部剪切粘连强度均显著降低(P<0.05),树脂突、混合层渗透长度均显著缩短(P<0.05),临床手术操作时间显著减少(P<0.05)。结论自酸蚀自粘接树脂与自酸蚀粘接系统对于纤维桩修复成功率均较高,自酸蚀粘接系统纤维桩剪切粘连强度以及渗透长度优于自酸蚀自粘连树脂,但临床操作时间更长,增加了发生失误的可能性。 Objective To compare the efficacies of self-etching self-adhesive resin and self-etching adhesive system in fiber post repair. Methods Ninety patients received fiber post repair with either self-etching self-adhesive resin(group A,45 patients,50 teeth) or self-etching adhesive system(group B,45 patients,52 teeth).The repair success rate,shear adhesion strength,penetration length and clinical operation time were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the success rate of fiber post repair between the two groups(98.00% vs 94.23%,χ^2 =0.221, P =0.638).Compared with group B,the shear adhesion of root tip and neck of fiber post,infiltration length of resinous and mixed layers and clinical operation time significantly decreased in group A( P <0.05). Conclusion Both self-etching self-adhesive resin and self-etching adhesive system have higher success rate for fiber post repair.Compared with self-etching self-adhesive resin,self-etching adhesive system can significantly increase fiber post shear adhesion strength and penetration length.However,self-etching adhesive system results in a longer clinical operation time and a higher likelihood of mistake.
