过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ与心肌代谢性病理重构的研究进展

摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)是一类由配体激活的核转录因子,属于核激素受体超家族成员之一。心肌代谢性病理重构是指由代谢性综合征特异引起的、以心肌细胞肥大为特征的病理性重构。近年来,PPARγ在心肌代谢性病理重构中的作用受到人们的广泛关注。有研究表明PPARγ可通过作用于神经内分泌系统、炎性因子、心肌肥厚、心肌细胞凋亡等多种途径延缓心肌代谢性病理重构的发展。文章就PPARγ与心肌代谢性病理重构的研究进展作一综述。 Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ(PPARγ),a member of nuclear hormone receptor superfamily,is a class of ligand-activated nuclear transcription factors. Myocardial metabolic pathological remodeling is specifically caused by metabolic syndrome and characterized by cardiomyocyte hypertrophy. In recent years,the role of PPARγ in myocardial metabolic pathological remodeling has received widespread attention. Studies have shown that PPARγ can delay the development of myocardial metabolic pathological remodeling by acting on neuroendocrine system,inflammatory factors,cardiac hypertrophy and cardiomyocyte apoptosis. This article reviews the research progress of PPARγ and myocardial metabolic pathological remodeling.
