新形势下高校辅导员创新创业教育角色实现的路径研究

Research on Achieving Path of the Role of the College Counselors in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education under New Situation

新形势下大学生创新创业教育至关重要,辅导员在大学生创新创业教育中扮演重要角色,但在角色实现过程中存在着不少问题。通过调查发现辅导员在创新创业教育角色实现中存在着角色定位模糊、对创新创业教育内涵理解偏差、意愿不强、能力欠缺的问题。分析产生这些问题的原因并提出针对性的对策对新形势下辅导员创新创业教育角色实现具有重要意义。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is very important under the new situation. Counselors play an important role in college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education, but there are many problems in the process of role realization. Through the investigation, it is found that there are some problems in the realization of counselors’ role in innovation and entrepreneurship education, such as fuzzy role positioning, deviation in understanding the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, weak willingness and lack of ability, etc. It is of great significance to analyze the causes of these problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures to realize the role of counselors in innovation and entrepreneurship education under the new situation.
