FOXL2基因在卵巢颗粒细胞瘤中的研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 翼状螺旋/叉头转录因子2(FOXL2),是参与多个靶基因转录调控的重要转录因子。FOXL2基因参与脊椎动物卵巢发育、分化及其功能维持。笔者拟从FOXL2基因结构、蛋白质生物学功能、基因突变等方面,阐述FOXL2基因与卵巢颗粒细胞瘤(GCT)发生、发展关系的最新研究现状,为卵巢GCT的临床诊治、新型靶向药物研发提供新思路。 Winged helix/forkhead transcription factor 2 (FOXL2) is an important transcription factor involved in transcription regulation of multiple target genes. FOXL2 gene is involved in ovarian development, differentiation and functional maintenance in vertebrates. In this paper, the relationship between FOXL2 gene and the occurrence and development of ovarian granulosa cell tumors (GCT) is elaborated from the aspects of FOXL2 gene structure, protein biological function and gene mutation, in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian GCT and lay a foundation for the research and development of new targeted drugs for ovarian GCT.
