摘要
As an international chief advisor of the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development, I have been invited to the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation which was held in Beijing this April. I read the April issue of China Today and found a story titled The Road Continues South: China’s Expansion of the Belt and Road Investment in Latin America very engaging. As far as I know, the BRI is a trillion-dollar global economic framework that connects China and more than 100 partner countries hosting nearly two-thirds of the world’s population.
