“强特色,冲一流”:地方高水平大学建设的发展路径研究——以广东工业大学为例

The Development Path for the Construction of Local High-level Universities: Base on Guangdong University of Technology

在国家"双一流"战略引领下,"冲一流"既成为地方政府调整高等教育结构、提高质量的战略举措,也成为地方高水平大学建设高校强化地方特色和办学特色、实现内涵式发展的目标方向。因此,把"强特色,冲一流"定位为发展战略,是建设高校办学实践的逻辑必然。以广东工业大学为例,阐述了"强特色,冲一流"作为学校发展战略的必然需求,分析了制约瓶颈和短板弱项,并提出了建设发展路径。

Under the guidance of the national "dual first-rate" strategic plan,"achieving the first class" has become not only a strategic measure for local governments to adjust the structure of higher education and improve its quality, but also a target for local high-level universities to strengthen local characteristics and school-running characteristics to achieve connotative development. Therefore, it is a logical necessity for a university to take "strengthening characteristics to achieve the first class" as a development strategy. Taking Guangdong University of Technology as a case, this paper expounds the inevitable demand of "strengthening characteristics to achieve the first class" as a school development strategy, analyses the bottlenecks and shortcomings, and puts forward the development path.
