摘要 该文探讨一种基于AR技术的生化分析仪维护维修培训系统应用,利用3ds Max对仪器进行建模﹑渲染﹑动画制作,在Unity3d中结合Vuforia共同完成增强现实及人机交互功能,结合MySQL技术,重点围绕结构原理﹑仪器使用方法﹑故障维修演示﹑历史信息查询等四个模块功能,提供学习﹑练习﹑考核模式供学员选择,使得学员能够在仪器现场进行互动式﹑剖析式﹑实时式的一体化高效培训,使得学习者能快速掌握仪器原理﹑结构和维护维修操作,提高培训效率,减少培训成本。 In this paper,we discussed the application of the maintenance training system of anaugmented reality( AR) technology-based biochemical analyzer. Here,we modeled,rendered and animated the instrument through 3 ds Max. With the combination of Vuforia,the functions of augmented reality and human-computer interaction could be realized in Unity3 d. By combining with MySQL technology,we focused on the four module functions of structure principle,instrument operation method,fault repair demonstration and historical information query,and provided chances of learning,practice and assessment modes for students. This could enable students to take training interactively,analytically and in realtime on the scene of instrument,and to master the instrument principle,structure and maintenance operations effectively and quickly. Our strategy can obviously improve the training efficiency and reduce the training costs.
