摘要
杭州市作为我国智慧城市建设试点城市,其建设水平已经跻身中国智慧城市建设的第一梯队,实现解决"城市病"目标的同时也大大加快了杭州市的产业结构优化升级进程。文章归纳总结国内外智慧城市相关研究成果,在构建智慧城市综合评价体系基础上,从智慧基础设施、智慧政务管理、智慧产业经济、智慧民生民意四个维度实证考察智慧城市建设对杭州市产业结构优化升级的影响。最后提出智慧城市建设背景下杭州市产业结构优化升级的策略及建议。
As a pilot city of the smart city construction in China, Hangzhou has entered into the first echelon of it, which realizes the goal of solving the "urban disease" and greatly accelerates the process of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Hangzhou. This paper summarizes the relevant research results of smart cities at home and abroad. Based on the construction of the comprehensive evaluation system of the smart city, it empirically investigates the influence of smart city construction on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in Hangzhou from four dimensions: the smart infrastructure, the smart administrative management, the smart industrial economy and the smart people’s livelihood and the will of the people. Finally, it puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the optimization and upgrading of Hangzhou’s industrial structure under the background of the smart city construction.
