摘要
在“大众创业万众创新”背景下,大学教师投身创新创业活动方兴未艾。依据学术创业的理论视角,以学术创业的微观主体大学教师为研究对象,分析了大学教师开展学术创业的动机、意向、存在的现实困境,并从教师本体、大学、政府三个层面,提出促进大学教师开展学术创业的可行路径。
As the development of society and economy enters a new phase, the functions of universities are also experiencing evolution, which means university teachers are not merely scholars and researchers. In the context of mass innovation and entrepreneurship, it is common for university teachers to start their own businesses. Based on the theoretical framework of academic entrepreneurship, a study is carried out with university teachers as the objects of the research, whose motivation, willingness and dilemmas are analysed in detail. Possible development paths are then proposed on the levels of the teacher, the university and the government.
