师幼互动中教师言语问题及对策探析 被引量:2

摘要 在当今幼儿园的师幼互动中,存在师幼之间缺少对话,教师言语控制过度、幼儿自由空间受限,教师“语言暴力”频发,教师言语示范不当等问题。其原因主要是幼儿园缺乏有效的教师言语管理措施、家长的姑息以及教师自身观念、情绪智力、个人修养三方面的因素。因而必须革新陈旧的教育观念,建立民主平等的师幼关系;提高教师情绪调节能力;提升师德修养,提高教师言语表达能力;建立有效的幼儿园言语管理机制,提供师幼对话制度保障;改变家长观念,加强家园沟通。 There are many problems in the teacher-children interaction nowadays. Firstly,the teachers control the communication with children, and the children have a little freedom to express themselves. Secondly,the teachers’ language violence is frequent;finally,the teachers don’t set a good example for children in using words. The main causes are the lack of effective management measures in kindergartens,the parents’ ignorance,and differences in the teachers’ wisdom, quality and education ideas. The solutions include the following: it is necessary to adopt new education ideas, establish a democratic relationship between the children and the teachers, improve the teachers in the aspects of emotional adjustment, morality and language skills, establish an effective system for language use, help the parents change their old ideas and improve the communication between the teachers and parents.
