跨文化视域下拉祜族幼儿学校适应困境及对策研究

摘要 跨文化背景下,拉祜族幼儿的学习适应、常规适应以及人际关系适应面临诸多问题和挑战。其原因主要是语言差异使幼儿陷入不利处境、双语教师紧缺加剧幼儿适应困难以及文化冲突影响幼儿适应水平。可以通过提高教师的跨文化能力、注重课程内容的适宜性、提高教师和家长之间的合作效果等措施改善拉祜族幼儿的适应境况。 In a cross-cultural perspective,the children of the Lahu ethnic group face many problems and challenges in their adaptation to learning, convention and interpersonal relationship. The main causes are as follows: language differences make them fall into a dilemma,and the shortage of bilingual teachers and cultural conflicts make their adaptation more difficult. The solutions include the following: the improvement of the teacher' s cross-cultural competence,proper course contents and efficient cooperation between teachers and parents.
