开放教育下中高衔接的现实困境与出路——基于广东省基层开放大学的实地调研

The Realistic Dilemma and Solution of Connection between Vocational College and Middle School in Open Education——A Field Research on local Open University of Guangdong

开放大学是适应新时代教育需求的一所新型高等学校。开放大学在新时代需进行诸多内涵建设来完成政府赋予的历史使命,中高衔接、学分银行建设是其内涵建设的重要组成部分。基层开放大学对中高衔接需求迫切,中高衔接将缓解生源流失的困境,但中高衔接设计中必须解决学习年限能否在现有基础上缩短、开放教育专科课程如何在中职阶段渗透以及学分如何合理转换与认定等相关问题。

As a new type of higher education, Open University is making great effort to fulfill its historical mission in the new era. The connection between vocational college and middle school and credit bank are two important tasks of its connotations construction. It is an urgent need to their connection in local open universities since it will alleviate students loss. However, there are some key concerns to be considered and addressed,such as schooling span, college courses integration,credits transfer and recognition.
