八宝五胆药墨联合依匹斯汀治疗寻常型银屑病的临床研究

Efficacy of Babao Wudan Yaomo Combined with Eepistine in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探讨八宝五胆药墨联合依匹斯汀治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将2016年1月—2018年1月我院收治的206例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予依匹斯汀治疗,观察组则另给予八宝五胆药墨治疗,2组均治疗8周。治疗后,评价2组临床疗效。治疗期间,对2组患者的症状缓解时间进行观察,主要观察项目为瘙痒、红斑、脱屑、渗出及干燥。治疗前后,分别检测2组炎症指标含量,主要检测指标为肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-17及干扰素(IFN)-γ;检测2组患者银屑病相关指标,主要检测指标为血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、脂质过氧化产物(LPO)及载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)。治疗期间,密切观察2组患者不良反应。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,治疗组瘙痒、红斑、脱屑及干燥等症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-17及IFN-γ均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而VEGF、bFGF、LPO及ApoA1含量亦均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,所有患者均未出现明显药物不良反应。结论八宝五胆药墨联合依匹斯汀治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效较好,值得开展深入研究。

Objective In order to observe the effects of Babao Wudan Yaomo combined with epistine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 206 patients with psoriasis vulgaris from Jan.2016 to Jan.2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated by epistine,and treatment group was treated by Babao Wudan Yaomo on the basis of control group,the treatment course was eight weeks.After treatment,the effects of patients were observed.During the treatment,the symptom remission time of the two groups were observed,including pruritus,erythema,dandruff and dryness.Before and after treatment,the levels of inflammation markers were detected,including tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interferon alpha(IFN-γ),while the levels of psoriasis vulgaris makers,including vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),lipid peroxidation product(LPO)and apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)were also detected.The adverse reactions of the two groups were closely observed during the treatment.Results After the treatment,the effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6,IL-17 and IFN-γlevels were significantly lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05),while the levels of VEGF,bFGF,LPO and ApoA1 were also significantly lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the rates of adverse actions were similar in the two groups.Conclusion Babao Wudan Yaomo combined with epistine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is affirmative,worth to the further research.
