生殖器疱疹患者应对方式的影响因素研究

Influencing Factors of Coping Style in Patients with Genital Herpes

目的研究生殖器疱疹患者的应对方式及与生活质量的关系。方法选择2014年9月—2017年8月在第三附属医院健康管理科体检的218例生殖器疱疹患者进行问卷调查并记录相关资料。问卷调查内容包括患者一般情况、疾病特点,医学应对问卷(MCMQ)以及生活质量评价量表(SF-36)。共发放和回收有效问卷218份。比较不同一般情况患者在积极应对和消极应对得分上的差异,并用偏相关分析法研究患者应对方式与生活质量的关系。结果218例调查对象的平均年龄(61.25±8.6)岁,面对维度得分为2.38±0.21,回避与屈服维度得分为1.72±0.14;生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、精力、一般健康状况得分分别为77.36±8.35、72.63±11.47、75.69±13.83、81.26±8.46、82.40±7.58、83.24±18.74、76.26±18.73、84.28±7.66。面对维度得分与健康相关生活质量(HRQOL)得分呈正相关;回避与屈服维度与HRQOL得分呈负相关。结论218例生殖器疱疹患者主要采用积极的应对方式,积极的应对方式可改善生活质量。应加大对70岁以上、5年以上病程、消瘦、低收入患者的重视,鼓励患者保证正常睡眠时间、锻炼和接受中西医治疗。

Objective In order to study the coping styles and its relationship with quality of life in patients with genital herpes.Methods All of 218 patients with genital herpes who had even been physical examination in department of health management of third affiliated hospital from September 2014 to August 2017 were selected.Questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the information of general situation of patients,disease characteristics,medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)and short form 36 questionnaire(SF-36).Totally 218 valid questionnaires were issued and recovered.The differences between positive coping scores and negative coping scores among the patients with different general situations were compared.In addition,the correlation between patients'coping styles and quality of life was researched by partial correlation analysis.Results The average age of the 218 respondents was(61.25±8.6)years old.The score of facing dimension was 2.38±0.21,and the score of avoiding and yielding dimension was 1.72±0.14.The scores of physical functioning(PF),social functioning(SF),role-physical(RP),bodily pain(BP),mental health(MH),role-emotional(RE),vitality(VT)and general health(GH)were 77.36±8.35,72.63±11.47,75.69±13.83,81.26±8.46,82.40±7.58,83.24±18.74,76.26±18.73 and 84.28±7.66.There was a positive correlation between the score of facing dimension and the health related quality of life(HRQOL)score.The score of avoiding and yielding dimension was negatively correlated with the score of HRQOL.Conclusion All of 218 patients with genital herpes mainly adopted positive coping styles.Positive coping styles can improve the quality of life.More attention must be paid to the patients over the age of 70,patients with over five years of disease,thin patients and low-income patients.And to ensure patients to get plenty of sleep,get more exercise and received treatment.
