两种拓扑结构的开关磁通永磁电机设计及其比较

摘要 针对开关磁通永磁电机研究起步较晚,其结构及特性有待进一步探讨的问题,对两种不同拓扑结构的开关磁通电机进行结构设计与电磁性能分析,建立了电机的数学模型。通过对U、E型拓扑结构开关磁通永磁电机仿真分析和成本计算,对U型和E型定子结构性能进行了对比。结果表明:E型定子结构比U型定子结构的电机的输出转矩减小了37.54%,电机成本降低了13.41%。 In view of the late start of the research on switched flux permanent magnet motors,as well as insufficient discussion of the structure and characteristics,a new structure of E-type stator switching flux permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed and the mathematical model of the motor is established,the structure is designed and the parameters are calculated.Through simulation analysis and cost calculation of U-type and E-type topology switched flux permanent magnet motors,the performance is compared with the existing U-type stator structure.The results show that the output torque of the E-type stator structure is 37.54%lower than that of the U-type stator structure,and the motor cost is reduced by 13.41%.
