既有通信塔结构的安全性评估

摘要 为了更为合理地评估既有通信塔结构的安全等级,在固权模糊层次分析法的基础上引入变权原理,建立基于变权模糊层次分析法的评估模型。以具体工程为背景,评估了济南市某三管钢结构通信塔结构的安全性等级,并将变权模糊层次分析法同层次分析法、模糊层次分析法、规范方法3种综合评估方法所得安全等级及最终的综合排序值进行比较。结果表明:变权模糊层次分析法与及其他3种方法的评估结果吻合较好,对于总目标综合排序值的分辨率最好、区分度最高。 In order to more reasonably evaluate the security level of the existing communication tower structure,this paper introduces the variable weight principle on the basis of the fixed weight fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation model based on the variable weight fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established.Evaluating the security level of the three-pipe steel structure communication tower structure in the courtyard of Ji’nan Free Trade Zone under the background of specific projects,and comparing the security level and the final comprehensive ranking value of the three comprehensive evaluation methods of variable weight fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)with the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and normative method.The results show that the evaluation results of variable weight FAHP are in good agreement with those of normative and other two methods,and the resolution of the comprehensive ranking value of the total target is the best and the discrimination is the highest.
