摘要
以壳聚糖和蒙脱土为主要原料,通过溶液插层法制备了壳聚糖/蒙脱土(CS/MMT)复合保鲜膜,并分析了蒙脱土质量分数对复合膜性能的影响。结果显示,当蒙脱土质量分数为5.0%时,复合膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、溶胀度、水溶性和水蒸气透过率系数等均有较大改善;热重分析显示,相较于纯壳聚糖膜,复合膜的热稳定性有了明显提高。
Chitosan/montmorillonite (CS/MMT) are prepared to synthesize composite preservative films by method of solution intercalation, and effects of the different loadings of MMT on the physicochemical properties of composite films are investigated. The results show that the physicochemical properties of the composite film such as the tensile strength, elongation at break, swelling, water solubility and water vapor permeability, are greatly improved as the loading of MMT is about 5.0 wt.%. And the thermo-gravimetric analysis shows that the thermal stability of the composite film is obviously improved, compared with the pure film.
