自制简易咽部表麻管在围拔管期的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of self-made simple pharyngeal surface anesthesia tube in extubation period

目的探讨自制简易咽部表麻管在围拔管期的应用效果和安全性。方法选取2018年4月至2018年8月佛山市中医院98例插管全身麻醉患者,利用手术室常见材料制作简易咽部表麻管,并在气管插管前应用表麻管对全麻患者的咽部和气管表面喷洒利多卡因溶液,观察患者的围拔管期反应,评价表麻管的应用效果。结果患者拔管前均无不适(0%);拔管时呛咳发生2例(2%),挣扎3例(3%),恶心呕吐3例(3%),呼吸频率增加7例(7%),血压升高5例(5%);拔管后随访患者,1例发生咽痛(1%),其余均未发生声嘶(0%)。结论简易咽部表麻管无需采购,可就地取材,制作简单,使用简便,可重复使用,效果良好,适用于基层医院。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of self-made simple pharyngeal surface anesthesia tube during extubation.Methods A total of 98 patients with intubated general anesthesia in Foshan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to August 2018 were selected.Simple pharyngeal surface anesthesia tube was made from common materials in operating room.Lidocaine solution was sprayed on pharynx and trachea surface of patients under general anesthesia before tracheal intubation.The peri-extubation reaction of patients was observed and the application effect of surface anesthesia tube was evaluated.Results There was no discomfort(0%)before extubation,2 cases(2%)of cough,3 cases(3%)of struggle,3 cases(3%)of nausea and vomiting,7 cases(7%)of respiratory frequency increased and 5 cases(5%)of blood pressure increased during extubation.And pharyngalgia occurred in 1 case(1%)after extubation,while hoarseness did not occur in any patients(0%).Conclusions It is easy to make the simple pharyngesl surface anesthesia tuby by common material in operation room,without special purchasing.It is easy to use and can be reused.The effect of it is good,which is suitable for primary hospitals.
