琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效

Efficacy of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with Wenxin granules in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia

目的分析琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病(CAD)心律失常的疗效。方法选择运城市中心医院2017年4月至2018年4月160例CAD心律失常患者进行研究,按照患者接受治疗的不同药物分为观察组与对照组,每组80例。对照组采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片、稳心颗粒联合治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(88.75%)高于对照组(70.00%,P<0.05),治疗后两组SDANN、RMSSD、SDNNI、PNN50比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组SDNN较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(5.00%)与对照组(2.50%)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心病心律失常患者给予稳心颗粒、琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合治疗效果优于单一用药,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of combination of Wenxin granules and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets on patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods A total of 160 patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia from April 2017 to April 2018 enrolled in the Cental Hospital of Yuncheng were selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 80 patients in each group.The control group received only monotherapy of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,while the observation group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets and Wenxin granules.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(88.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SDANN,RMSSD,SDNNI,PNN50 between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the SDNN in the observation group improved more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(5.00%)and the control group(2.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusions In patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia,the combination of Wenxin granules and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets is better than single drug treatment,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
