传统包皮环切术、一次性包皮环切吻合器术与一次性包皮环切缝合器术治疗男性包皮过长和包茎的效果及对性功能的影响

Therapeutic effects of conventional circumcision,disposable circumcision anastomat and disposable circumcision suture device on redundant prepuce,phimosis and patients'sexual function

目的探讨传统包皮环切术、一次性包皮环切吻合器、一次性包皮环切缝合器3种术式治疗男性包皮过长和包茎的效果及对患者性功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年1月在廉江市人民医院接受包皮手术治疗的240例患者的病历资料,依据术式分为传统组(70例)、吻合器组(80例)和缝合器组(90例)。观察三组手术指标、术后并发症及性功能指标。结果缝合器组手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间少于传统组和吻合器组(P<0.05);缝合器组出血、渗液、感染、创口裂开、延迟愈合等术后并发症发生率低于传统组和吻合器组(P<0.05);缝合器组性功能指标评分高于传统组和吻合器组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缝合器治疗包皮过长和包茎具有手术时间短、出血少、恢复快、并发症少等优点,可作为临床首选术式,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of conventional circumcision,disposable circumcision anastomat and disposable circumcision suture device on redundant prepuce,phimosis and the sexual function of patients.Methods The medical records of 240 patients who underwent circumcision in Lianjiang People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to surgical procedures,they were divided into conventional group(70 cases),anastomat group(80 cases)and suture device group(90 cases).The surgical indicators,postoperative complications and sexual function indicators of the three groups were observed.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision healing time were significantly less in suture device group than conventional group and anastomat group(P<0.05).The incidences of complications including bleeding,exudate,infection,wound splitting,delayed healing in suture device group were lower than those of conventional group and anastomat group(P<0.05).The sexual function index score of suture device group was statistically higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Disposable circumcision suture device in the treatment of redundant prepuce and phimosis has the advantages of short operation time,less bleeding,quick recovery and less complications.It can be used as the first choice in clinical practice,which is worth promoting.
