CT联合MRI对子宫内膜癌的诊断及分期诊断价值

Value of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis and staging of endometrial cancer

目的探讨CT联合MRI对子宫内膜癌的诊断及分期诊断价值。方法回顾性收集2016年5月至2018年2月安阳市妇幼保健院及安阳市肿瘤医院收治的70例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受CT扫描和MRI扫描,分析单一扫描与联合扫描的诊断结果。结果①诊断子宫内膜癌的准确率:CT扫描为75.71%,MRI扫描为81.43%,CT+MRI为92.86%,单一CT扫描与单一MRI扫描比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);CT+MRI联合扫描的诊断准确率高于CT和MRI单一扫描(P<0.05)。②分期诊断准确率:CT扫描的分期诊断总准确率为67.14%,MRI扫描的分期诊断总准确率为64.29%,CT+MRI的分期诊断总准确率为90.00%,单一MRI与CT扫描比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);CT+MRI联合扫描的分期诊断总准确率高于CT和MRI单一扫描(P<0.05);对于Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期患者,CT+MRI联合诊断的分期诊断准确率高于CT和MRI单一扫描(P<0.05)。结论CT联合MRI对子宫内膜癌的诊断和分期诊断准确率高,可以为临床医师制定科学的治疗方案提供依据。

Objective To study the value of computer tomography(CT)combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis and staging of endometrial cancer.Methods Clinical data of 70 patients with endometrial cancer admitted to Anyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital and Anyang Tumour Hospital from May 2016 to February 2018 were retrospectively collected.All patients underwent CT and MRI scans,and the diagnostic results of single scan method and combined method were analyzed.Results①The accuracy of diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma by CT scan was 75.71%,while it was 81.43%by MRI scan,and 92.86%by CT combined with MRI.There was no significant difference between single CT scan and single MRI scan in accuracy of diagnosing endometrial carcinoma(P>0.05),however,the accuracy of CT combined with MRI was higher than that of CT and MRI single scan(P<0.05).②The total accuracy rate of staging diagnose by CT scan was 67.14%,and it was 64.29%by MRI scan,and 90.00%by CT combined with MRI.However,there was no significant difference between MRI and CT scan in accuracy of staging diagnosis(P>0.05).The total accuracy rate of staging diagnosis by CT combined with MRI was higher than that of CT and MRI single scan(P<0.05);in the diagnosis of patients in stageⅡand stageⅢ,the total accuracy rate of staging diagnosis of CT+MRI was higher than that of single CT and MRI scan(P<0.05).Conclusions CT combined with MRI is valuable in the diagnosis and staging of endometrial carcinoma,which is beneficial for clinicians to formulate scientific treatment plan.
