磷酸川芎嗪片在糖尿病肾病基础治疗中的应用效果及对肾血流动力学的影响

Effect of ligustrazine phosphate tablets in basic treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its effect on renal hemodynamics

目的探究磷酸川芎嗪片在糖尿病肾病(DN)基础治疗中的应用效果及对肾血流动力学的影响。方法随机选取我院收治的73例DN患者,根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(36例,给予基础治疗)与观察组(37例,在基础治疗的基础上联用磷酸川芎嗪片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肾主动脉、肾段动脉、叶间动脉的Vmax、Vmin及RI值均改善,且观察组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度及血浆比黏度均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磷酸川芎嗪片在DN基础治疗中效果显著,能显著改善肾血流动力学及血液流变学指标,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of ligustrazine phosphate tablets in basic treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) and its effect on renal hemodynamics. Methods A total of 73 patients with DN in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into control group (36 cases, given basic treatment) and observation group (37 cases, combined with ligustrazine phosphate tablets on the basis of basic treatment). The therapeutie effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Vmax, Vmin and RI values of main renal arteries, segmental renal artery and interlobar artery of the two groups improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma specific viscosity in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine phosphate tablets in basic treatment of DN has a significant effect, it can significantly improve renal hemodynamics and hemorheology indicators, and with a high safety.
