微创手术与传统开放手术治疗脊柱创伤的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of spinal trauma

目的比较微创手术与传统开放手术治疗脊柱创伤的临床效果。方法将我院收治的126例脊柱创伤患者根据手术方法的不同分为对照组与微创组,各63例。对照组采用传统开放手术,微创组采用微创手术。比较两组的治疗效果。结果微创组患者术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后半年,微创组VAS、ODI评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。微创组患者的腰椎功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。微创组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗脊柱创伤的效果显著,能有效改善患者腰椎功能,减轻疼痛感,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery in the treatment of spinal trauma. Methods A total of 126 patients with spinal trauma admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and minimally invasive group according to the different surgical methods, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional open surgery and the minimally invasive group was treated with minimally invasive surgery. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The bleeding volume in the minimally invasive group was less than that in the control group, the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Half a year after operation, the VAS and ODI scores of the minimally invasive group were lower than those of the control group, and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of lumbar function recovery in the minimally invasive group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for spinal trauma has a significant effect. It can effectively improve the lumbar spine function, relieve pain, and reduce the incidence of complications after surgery.
