蒙脱石散联合双岐杆菌治疗小儿腹泻的效果

Effect of montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium on infantile diarrhea

目的研究蒙脱石散联合双岐杆菌治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法将我院收治的108例腹泻患儿随机分为对照组(54例)与试验组(54例)。对照组给予基础治疗+蒙脱石散,试验组在对照组的基础上加用双岐杆菌制剂。比较两组临床症状缓解时间、临床疗效、治疗前后血清CRP水平。结果试验组呕吐、腹泻、腹痛、发热缓解时间及大便恢复正常时间均短于对照组,治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的血清CRP水平均显著降低,且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒙脱石散联合双岐杆菌治疗小儿腹泻的效果显著,能明显缓解患儿的临床症状,减轻炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium on infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 108 children with diarrhea enrolled in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (54 cases) and experimental group (54 cases). The control group was given basic treatment+montmorillonite powder, while the experimental group was given Bifidobacterium preparation on the basis of the control group. The remission time of clinical symptoms, clinical efficacy and serum CRP levels before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results The remission time of vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and fever, stool recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum CRP levels in both groups significantly decreased, and that in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with Bifidobacterium in the treatment of infantile diarrhea can get a significant effect. It can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and reduce inflammation. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
