温通针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical effect of Wentong acupuncture therapy on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的探讨温通针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将我院收治的142例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组(平补平泻针法)与试验组(温通针法),各71例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者M-JOA评分均明显升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者MPQ评分中PRI、VAS、PPI各因子评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用温通针法对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行治疗,能够有效改善患者临床症状,且安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wentong acupuncture therapy on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods A total of 142 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (Pingbu Pingxie acupuncture) and experimental group (Wentong acupuncture), with 71 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the M-JOA scores of both groups significantly increased, and that in the experimental group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of PRI, VAS and PPI in MPQ scores of the two groups decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Wentong acupuncture in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
