围手术期快速康复外科护理在宫颈癌手术中的应用效果

Application effect of perioperative fast track surgery nursing in cervical cancer surgery

目的探讨围手术期快速康复外科(FTS)护理在宫颈癌手术中的应用效果。方法收集我院妇瘤科2016年1月至2017年1月收治的宫颈癌患者60例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予围手术期FTS护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患者术后12、24、48、72h的VAS评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后首次排气时间、开始进食时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及下床活动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率为13.33%,显著低于对照组的36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌围手术围术期FTS可以明显减轻患者疼痛程度,促进患者术后功能恢复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative fast track surgery (FTS) nursing in cervical cancer surgery. Methods Sixty cases of patients with cervical cancer from January 2016 to January 2017 in gynecologic oncology department of our hospital were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received perioperative FTS nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS scores at 12, 24, 48, and 72 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The postoperative first exhaust time, start feeding time, recovery time of gastrointestinal function and time of getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.33%, which was significantly lower than 36.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative FTS nursing in cervical cancer surgery can significantly reduce the degree of patients' pain, promote postoperative functional recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
