摘要 Wushu routine techniques were greatly developed during the Song Dynasty (960-1279), mainly to meet the demand for civilian entertainment as well as in military training. More attention began to be paid to bodywork, physical strength, and rhythm and movement design. Each routine consisted of a starting position and a finishing position.
