汉易的《周易》诠释视域与方法——以《周易集解》所集升卦诠释为例

On the Horizons and Methods in Interpreting the Zhou yi by Scholars of the Han Tradition:A Case Study of Their Interpretations of Hexagram Sheng in the Zhou yi jijie

通行本《周易》古经展示了符号与文字相互对显的基本架构,《易传》打通阴阳、性命与万象,本着象数、义理内在一体的理路解读《易》,开显出强力引领后世走向的《周易》诠释视域与方法。在此基础上,汉易易家意识到象数的关键地位,确立起以消息之象和消息下生化着的万象为基本内容的象数的视域,与从此视域出发的《周易》诠释方法,这在《周易集解》所集诸家对升卦经传的诠释中就有典型体现。借此,他们构建起独到的生存论语境,指明遵循消息之道达观天人,措置人事,守望作为此道基本表现形式的三才之道,具体构划下至个体生命安立、上至平天下和天人的礼乐人文方略规范,并最终促成有序和谐、良性互动、安宁祥和的人文天下理想境地。

The basic text of the received version of Zhou yi manifests the correspondence between symbols and words,while theYi zhuan(Commentaries on the Changes) is threaded through with yin and yang,human nature and destiny,and the myriad phenomena,interpreting the Changes on the basis of the unity of image-numerology and philosophical connotations,which presents a hermeneutic horizon and method forcefully guiding the trend of later generations.On this basis,scholars of the Han(206 BCE-220 CE) tradition of Changes scholarship recognized the crucial position of images and numbers,and established an image-numerological field of vision with the image of waxing and waning of yin and yang forces as well as the myriad things producing and transforming caused by the waxing and waning as its contents,including the hermeneutics starting from it.This is typically embodied in their interpretations of hexagram Sheng [■,Ascending,46],by which they constructed a particular existentialist context,pointing out how human beings ought to follow the way of waxing and waning,regulate human affairs,and uphold the Dao(Way) of the Three Powers of Heaven,Earth,and Humans.In addition,they concretely designed a great humanistic plan based on ritual and music,from the secure establishment of personal life up to the pacification of the world under heaven and the harmony between Heaven and Humans.This could eventually prompt and lead to an ideal humanistic realm,under the circumstance of which the world under heaven is in order and harmony,and things positively interact in peace and serenity.
