基于改进鸟群算法的离网微电网优化调度 被引量:23

摘要 针对微电网离网运行下的优化调度问题,建立了微电网运行维护成本以及环保效益两单目标函数的调度模型,并采用基于评价函数的交互式多目标优化方法进行多目标转换。同时,提出了一种微电网离网运行的优化调度策略,并通过(0,1)随机均匀分布改进惯性权重、线性调整认知系数和社会系数并应用Levy飞行策略改进了鸟群算法。最后采用包含冷、热电负荷的夏季典型日微电网系统作为算例,采用新型改进鸟群算法对考虑经济、环保以及多目标下的模型进行仿真验证,结果表明所提调度策略以及改进算法的可行性和有效性。 To deal with the optimized dispatching of a microgrid working in the isolated island mode, a dispatching model was established . Operation and maintenance cost and cost of treatment of air pollution were taken into account separately in the dispatching mode, and the multi-objective optimization model was transformed into a single objective optimization model with the interactive multi-objective decision-making method. Then an islanded microgrid scheduling strategy was proposed. Meanwhile,(0,1) random uniform distribution adaptive modifying the inertia weight and linear adjusting cognitive and social coefficients were used to improve the bird swarm algorithm(BSC). The random walk model of Levy flight strategy was applied to the BSA algorithm, too. Finally, the typical day in summer microgrid system including cold and electric loads is taken as an example, and the improved bird swarm algorithm is used to simulate the economic, environmental and multi-objective models. Results show that the proposed scheduling strategy and the improved algorithm is feasible and effective.
