脂肪干细胞胶在眶周年轻化中的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of SVF-gel in periorbital rejuvenation

目的探讨脂肪干细胞胶(extracellular matrix/stromal vascular fraction gel, SVF-gel)在改善眶周凹陷、皱纹及肤质应用中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析自2018年7月至2019年1月,24例应用SVF-gel行眶周年轻化患者的临床资料。选取腹部作为脂肪供区,采用SVF-gel技术获取SVF-gel,并将得到的部分SVF-gel于眶周凹陷处的骨膜上、肌肉层、真皮层及皮下层内均匀注射填充。于治疗后1个月复诊并评价其治疗效果。对不满意者可适当补充注射。结果术后随访24例患者1~3个月。1次注射填充后满意者16例;再次注射后满意者8例。所有患者眶周凹陷、皱纹及肤质均得到明显改善;未发生感染、局部结节、钙化等并发症。结论 SVF-gel在有效地填充眶周凹陷的同时,也改善了眶周的皱纹及肤质,是眶周年轻化较满意的软组织填充材料,值得应用推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of SVF-gel in the improvement of periorbital depression, fine wrinkles, and skin texture. Methods From July 2018 to January 2019, 24 patients treated with SVF-gel for periorbital rejuvenation were retrospectively studied. The abdomen was chosen as the donor site to harvest SVF-gel. The obtained SVF-gel was evenly injected into the periosteum, muscle layer, dermis and subcutaneous layer of the periorbital. Patients returned to the hospital at one month after the treatment and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Supplementary injection was available for those patients who were not satisfied with the results. Results All patients were followed up from 1 to 3 months. Sixteen were satisfied after one injection, and 8 were satisfied after re-injection. The periorbital depression, fine wrinkles, and skin texture were significantly improved in all patients. No postoperative complications such as infection, local nodules, or calcification occurred. Conclusion SVF-gel can effectively improve periorbital depressions, fine wrinkles, and skin texture. It is a satisfactory soft tissue filling material for periorbital rejuvenation, which is worth applying and popularizing in clinic.
