三切口行大小腿脂肪抽吸术的临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical efficacy of liposuction of the thighs and calves through a three-incision approach

目的探讨应用三切口法行大小腿脂肪抽吸术的临床疗效。方法自2016年7月至2018年12月,对20例患者采用三切口法行大小腿脂肪抽吸术,其中1个切口位于阴毛区正中线,另外2个切口位于左右臀下皱襞。术后随访3个月,由患者和2名未参与手术的医师对大小腿外形的改善程度进行评价。结果术后3个月电话随访20例患者,其中患者本人对大腿部外形满意者19例(占95%);对小腿部外形满意者19例(占95%);术后3个月有10例患者(20侧)完成门诊复诊,医师评价20侧大小腿,大腿部外形满意者为9例18侧(90%),小腿外形均满意10例(20侧)。结论采用三切口法行大小腿吸脂塑形术,具有切口隐蔽,损伤较小,塑形较好的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of liposuction of the thighs and calves through a three-incision approach. Methods From July 2016 to December 2018, 20 patients who underwent liposuction of the thighs and calves through a three-incision approach were enrolled in this study. Of the 3 incisions, the first was located in midline of the perineal region, and the second and t hird were located in the left and right inferior gluteal folds. The post-operative follow-up continued for 3 months. The degree of improvement of the thighs and calves was evaluated by patients themselves and by two surgeons who were not involved in the operation. Results Through telephone follow-up for 20 patients, it was determined that 19 cases(95%) were satisfied with the contour of the thighs and calves. Ten patients(20 involved sides) completed outpatient revisits. The surgeons’ evaluation determined that the thigh contour in 9 cases(18 involved sides) was satisfactory and in 10 cases(20 involved sides), the calf contour was satisfactory. Conclusion Liposuction of the thighs and calves through a three-incision approach was advantageous for a concealed incision, reduced injury, and good final shape. This method was worth promoting and applying in clinic.
