价值和特征认知下工业基础设施遗址区的活化再生利用——以西安污水处理厂遗址区为例

Exploring the Activation and Reuse of Industrial Infrastructure Heritage Site Based on Perceived Value and Characteristic: The Reuse and Renovation of the Xi’an Wastewater Treatment Plant

基础设施是工业遗产的重要组成内容,但目前在工业遗产保护与再利用领域内相关研究数量较少。究其原因主要是因为多数场合中,其主体设备埋置于地下,所以对这种形式遗存的保护和展示利用策略与常见的地上工业遗存大不相同,需采取独特的方法与技术。西安污水处理厂是我国第一批大型污水处理厂,以其遗址区再生利用改造研究为例,基于价值和特征的认知,从历史格局传承、现代功能植入、设施本质展示三方面,提出了该工业遗址区的活化再生利用设计策略与措施。

Infrastructure receives less attention despite its importance in the sphere of industrial heritage preservation and reuse. Strategies for exhibiting and preserving this form of heritage, often located underground, require different techniques to be employed. This article looks at the research on the reuse of Xi’an Wastewater Treatment Plant, and through understanding its value and characteristic proposes design strategies and measures of activation and reuse of the industrial heritage area from three aspects of inheriting historical structure,embedding modern function and revealing facilities nature.
