数据赋权——从数据行动主义微更新方案到网络社会批判与逆熵纪空间实践

Digital Empowerment: A Digital Activism Plan and Relevant Network Society Critique of Neganthropocene Spatial Practice

文章旨在凸显数据平台与使用者的赋权关系研究的重要性,结合介绍408研究小组2016上海城市设计挑战赛获奖提案的同时,揭示出大数据与城市更新的关系和作用实质上是大数据参与城市治理,并讨论其现实意义与所面临的困难。同时梳理了中国近年来的规划公众事件和数据参与平台案例,引入数据赋权的概念对其进行批判性检视,整理提出相应的模式及框架,得出数据赋权矩阵以概括发展的态势和目标。在发声、数据档案、物质空间实践、制度实践、延续自组织的由广至深的参与进程中,对自组织的延续与配合是数据参与平台的最高阶段,也是数据参与平台未来的发展方向,它也将最终革新空间专业者的技术哲学观与设计伦理。

This article emphasizes the importance of empowerment relationship between digital platform and users and aims to introduce the innovation and concept of a work from Shanghai Urban Design Competition awards revealing the relationship between big data and urban regeneration which is intrinsically a process of transforming into data driven urban governance.Through reviewing urban planning public events and PPGIS cases of recent years in China,relevant mode,framework and digital empowerment matrix with a specific goal is discussed and produced.As a conclusion,among the methods of pushing digital empowerment,data archiving,physical environment practice,institution practice,continuing self-organization,the last one is both the senior stage and future direction of digital participatory platform for urban planning,which will actually promote innovation of technological philosophy and design ethics of designers.
