摘要 集成电路厂房是高能耗建筑,需要采取措施减少暖通系统能耗,针对其特殊的负荷特点,需要先对能源消耗量极高的冷热源系统进行优化分析,根据不同地区、不同工厂的不同特点,采取不同的节能措施和运行策略,合理组合热回收冷机和冬季自由冷却的配置,尽可能降低冷热源系统。 As a high energy-consuming building,integrated circuit factory needs to take measures to reduce the energy consumption of HVAC system.According to its special load characteristics,the system of cold and heat sources with high energy consumption is optimized and analyzed.According to the different characteristics of different regions and factories,different energy-saving measures and operation strategies are adopted to rationally combine the configuration of heat recovery cooler and winter free-cooling.It may reduce the energy consumption of the cold and heat source system.
