摘要
大力发展水铁联运,强化港口与铁路运输衔接,有利于实现水铁优势互补,提高运输效率,降低运输成本。铁路港口站是衔接铁路与水运的关键结点,是港口集疏运的重要配套工程,做好港口站的规划设计,对于促进港口可持续发展具有重要意义。论文在分析集装箱水铁联运作业流程的基础上,探索了港口站装卸线引入码头的几种方案,从运输组织、土地利用、工程实施难易程度等角度分析了各方案的优缺点及适用条件,以期为新建铁路港口站规划设计提供借鉴与参考。
It is helpful to develop the rail-water combined transportation and strengthen the joint transportation between port and railway,which is beneficial to realize their complementary advantages,improve the efficiency of transportation and reduce the related costs.Railway port station is the key node of connecting railway and water transportation,and is an important auxiliary project of port collection and distribution.It is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of port to do a good job in the planning and design of port station.Based on the analysis of the operation flow of container water and rail combined transportation,this paper explores several schemes for the introduction of loading and unloading line into the dock at the port station,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions of each scheme from the perspectives of transportation organization,land use and project implementation difficulty,so as to provide reference for the planning and design of new railway port stations.
